BROKER AGENT Magazine, LLC, which publishes BROKER AGENT Magazine, is an extraordinary company with a distinctive product.

The singular formula of BROKER AGENT Magazine which combines feature stories about local agents and brokers with both local and national news and information is unmatched by other real estate publications. As an added service to the real estate community, the third party endorsement provided by our personal marketing programs adds a credibility factor to their marketing that real estate professionals can find nowhere else.

Our approach to success is extraordinary. We believe in our product, our people, and the industry. It’s reflected in everything we do.

The way we manage our business is extraordinary as well. We put nearly all of our profits back into the company, either in terms of support for our independent contractors or into our employee stock option plan or other employee benefits. As an employee owned company, our goal is to provide a pleasant working environment and a secure financial future for every one of our employees.

This includes our extended family at Sundance Press, an integral part of our team, which prints all of our magazines and is also owned by our parent company. In business since 1982, Sundance Press is a recognized leader in the publication printing industry. Besides BROKER AGENT Magazine, they provide printing and distribution services for more than 75 other publications across the U.S. and we’re proud to be working with them.




Many, many people contribute every day to making our organization work—here are a few of the key people that guide our national team:


Kenneth R. “Ken” Clouther
Executive Publisher

Ken Clouther brings a noteworthy combination of real estate, management, and media experience to the key position of executive publisher at BROKER AGENT Magazine, LLC. Once a marketing consultant for an edition of BROKER AGENT Magazine, Ken now leads the company with an approach that focuses on the needs of managing a successful business, but never neglects the human element that makes that business work. He approaches the challenges of each day with good humor and a singular goal: Success, for marketing consultants, staff and the company alike.


Maxine J. “Max” Stucky
Operations Manager

Max Stucky coordinates the operations of marketing consultants in the field and the corporate office. Other responsibilities include continual review and refinement of the operational systems of the organization and developing and maintaining policy, training and marketing plans and materials. Max has richly varied experience in publishing, business and marketing and has held key positions with national and global companies.


Julie Little

Julie Little is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the accounting department. She maintains advertising and feature story accounts but also ensures the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of the entire department, which she does with not only great skill but great humor. Her career experience includes positions in accounts payable as well as credit manager and purchasing agent. Most recently, she served as assistant controller at a software development company.


Jayme Carlson
Recruiting and New Market Development Manager

Jayme Carlson manages the process of recruiting new marketing consultants and developing new markets. Applying years of direct company experience and 10 years in operations and sales management, Jayme provides a strong foundation for expansion and continuation of the company’s growth pattern. Working closely with recruiters, she facilitates the efficient selection and education of quality candidates, including coaching, motivating, and training new marketing consultants to ensure their continued success.


Tara Messing
Production Manager

With extensive experience in graphic design and print production, Tara Messing serves as the production manager for BROKER AGENT Magazine, LLC. Her responsibilities include configuring page layouts for each issue, coordinating production schedules, preparing magazines for press, and managing the design staff. She also assists marketing consultants in guaranteeing that each feature story and related product is ready for production. Highly organized in her approach, Tara excels in being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Kristen Smith Lendzion
Editorial Coordinator

Kristen Smith Lendzion works daily to infuse more vital, informative local and national content into each issue of BROKER AGENT Magazine. In addition, she establishes editorial guidelines, coordinates freelance writers, and edits the magazine and feature stories. Kristen has years of publication experience as a reporter and feature editor for a Florida newspaper, during which time she won numerous statewide writing awards in a variety of categories.
